Return & Refund Policy
Returns are easy with Chillme. To start your return process, just fill the order return form on the end of this page. As simple as that. Once you fill the form, our representatives will get back to you with an update on your return approval status.
Please note, bank account details are optional and are only meant for COD orders.
Before you proceed, please know that our team works day and night with a goal to give you great buying experience and satisfaction with your Chillme Gear. Common Return Questions - Refund and Cancellation Policy
What items are returnable?
- Within 3 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unused
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items or items on sale
Are there any charges for return?
- A deduction of Rs90/- is made from the order amount to account for original shipping charges before processing the refund
- You are responsible for return shipping. You can Ship the return shipment yourself if you would like to. For your convenience, we also provide return pick-up facility for a fee of Rs50/- only
How do I return?
- Enter your details in the form below and click Submit
- You will get a confirmation email with ticket number
- Our team will reach out to you with a response on the status of your return request within 36 working hours
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If your order was placed through COD, we will remit the refund to your bank account within 12 business days of receiving the return shipment.
Please note: We do not accept returns on orders for Face Masks.
To encourage social distancing and minimize further transmission of the disease, we cannot accept a mask once it has been opened by a customer.
